Most gift cards are delivered instantly after successful payment. In rare cases, it may take a few minutes due to verification processes.
Gift card purchases are generally non-refundable once the code has been delivered. However, if there is a genuine issue, our support team will review the case and assist you.
Yes. UPI transactions are processed through JioPay, and Lessit never receives or stores your UPI PIN.
It is generally not possible as the giftcards are generated in real-time, but still if your code is not working, please contact our customer support team with your order details and we will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Yes, most gift cards have an expiry date set by the brand. The validity period will usually be mentioned with the gift card details.
